The 401A series aging box is used for the thermal oxygen aging test of rubber, plastic products, electrical insulation materials and other materials. Its performance meets the requirements of the "test device" in the national standard GB/T 3512 "Rubber Hot Air Aging Test Method". Technical Parameter: 1. The highest operating temperature: 200°C, 300°C (according to customer requirements) 2. Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃ 3. Uniformity of temperature distribution: ±1% forced air convection 4. Air exchange rate: 0-100 times/hour 5. Wind speed: <0.5m/s 6. Power supply voltage: AC220V 50HZ 7. Studio size: 450×450×450 (mm) The outer shell is made of cold-rolled thin steel plate, and glass fiber is used as heat preservation material to prevent the temperature in the test chamber from being externally induced and affect the constant temperature and sensitivity. The inner wall of the box is coated with high-temperature silver paint. Instructions: 1. Put the dried items into the aging test box, close the door and turn on the power. 2. Pull the power switch to the "on" position, the power indicator light is on, and the digital display temperature controller has a digital display. 3. See Appendix 1 for the setting of the temperature controller. The temperature controller shows that there is temperature in the box. Generally, the temperature control enters a constant temperature state after heating for 90 minutes. (Note: Refer to the "Operation Method" below for the intelligent temperature controller) 4. When the required working temperature is low, the second setting method can be used. If the working temperature is 80℃, the first time can be set to 70℃, and when the temperature overshoot falls back down, the second setting is 80℃. ℃, this can reduce or even eliminate the phenomenon of temperature overshoot, so that the temperature in the box will enter a constant temperature state as soon as possible. 5. Choose different drying temperature and time according to different items and different humidity levels. 6. After the drying is over, pull the power switch to the "off" position, but you cannot open the door of the box to take out the items immediately. Be careful of burns, you can open the door to lower the temperature in the box before taking out the items. Precautions: 1. The box shell must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use. 2. Turn off the power after use. 3. There is no explosion-proof device in the aging test box, and no flammable and explosive materials can be placed in it. 4. The aging test box should be placed in a well-ventilated room, and no flammable and explosive materials should be placed around it. 5. Do not overcrowd the items in the box, and leave space to facilitate the circulation of hot air. 6. The inside and outside of the box should always be kept clean. 7. When the operating temperature is between 150°C and 300°C, the door of the box should be opened to reduce the temperature inside the box after shutting down.
