DRK211A Textile Far Infrared Temperature Rise Tester

The DRK545A-PC fabric drape tester is used to determine the drape properties of various fabrics, such as the drape coefficient and the number of ripples on the surface of the fabric.

Products Details

DRK211A textile far-infrared temperature rise tester is used for various textile products, including fibers, yarns, fabrics, non-woven fabrics and their products, etc. The temperature rise test is used to determine the far-infrared performance of textiles.   Compliance with standards: GB/T30127 4.2 far-infrared radiation temperature rise testing and other standards. Features: 1. Heat insulation baffle, heat insulation board in front of the heat source to isolate the heat source. Improve the accuracy and reproducibility of the test. 2. Fully automatic measurement, the test can be performed automatically when the cover is closed, which improves the automatic performance of the machine. 3. The Japanese Panasonic electric power meter is used to accurately reflect the current real-time power of the heating source. 4. Using American Omega sensors and transmitters, it can quickly and accurately respond to the current temperature. 5. Three sets of sample racks: yarn, fiber, and fabric, which can meet different types of sample testing. 6. Using optical modulation technology, the measurement is not affected by the surface radiation of the measured object and environmental radiation. Technical Parameter: 1. Sample holder: the distance between the sample surface and the radiation source is 500mm; 2. Radiation source: dominant wavelength 5μm~14μm, radiation power 150W; 3. The radiating surface of the sample: φ60~φ80mm; 4. Temperature range and accuracy: 15℃~50℃, accuracy ±0.1℃, response time ≤1s; 5. Sample rack: Yarn type: square metal frame with side length not less than 60mm; Fiber: φ60mm, 30mm high open cylindrical metal container; Fabrics: the diameter is not small φ60mm;
