DRK643 Salt spray corrosion test chamber with latest PID control is widely used in salt spray corrosion test of electroplated parts, paints, coatings, automobile and motorcycle parts, aviation and military parts, protective layers of metal materials, and industrial products such as electric and electronic systems. Product Features Chamber structure 1. Overall molding, corrosion resistance, shock resistance, easy cleaning and no leakage. 2. The tower spray system has uniform smoke distribution and free adjustment of settlement. 3, FRP cover or PVC cover are available. The PVC cover can clearly see the test items and spray conditions inside the box. 4, the use of water-sealed structure, no salt spray overflow. 5. The water-tight water tank and the bottom of the tank are all equipped with a water discharge system to facilitate drainage and cleaning. 6. The line control board and other components are fixed at the position convenient for inspection and maintenance. The door lock-opening side cover door is not only beautiful but also convenient for maintenance. 7. Can perform any test in neutral salt spray (NSS), acetate spray (AASS), and copper accelerated salt spray (CASS) test. Control System 1. High-precision PID temperature controller, resolution +0.1 °C. Domestic digital display (standard) can be equipped with imported instruments. 2. All circuits are equipped with circuit breakers. All heaters are equipped with electronic and mechanical overheat protection devices. The distribution boxes are made of refractory resin. 3. Continuous or periodic spray optional, double over-temperature protection, safe and reliable use. Working Principle 1. The air compressor (optional) is wetted by the bubble tower on its way to the nozzle. 2. The nozzle atomizes the corrosive solution and air into a corrosive aerosol. 3.
