Uv resistant climate chamber can simulate the environmental conditions , such as natural climate of uv, high humidity and condensation , high temperature and the darkness. It merge these conditions into a loop and have it complete cycles automatically by reproducing these conditions. Box structure

Light source
7.1  The light source adopts 8 American q-lab (uva-340)UV series rated power of 40W, which is distributed on both sides of the machine and 4 branches on each side.
7.2 The test standard lamp tube has uva-340 or UVB-313 light source for users to choose the configuration. (optional)
7.3 The luminescence spectra of uva-340 tubes are mainly concentrated in the wavelength of 315nm ~ 400nm.
7.4 The luminescence spectra of UVB-313 tubes are mainly concentrated in the wavelength of 280nm ~ 315nm.
7.5 Because of fluorescent light energy output will gradually decay over time, in order to reduce the influence of caused by light energy attenuation test, so the test chamber in all four in every 1/2 of the fluorescent lamp life, by a new lamp to replace an old lamp.In this way, the ultraviolet light source is always composed of new lamps and old lamps, thus obtaining a constant light energy output.

9.1 Protective door lock: if the tubes in the bright, once the door of the cabinet is open, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply the tubes, and automatically enters the balance state of cooling, so as to avoid damage to human body safety locks as to meet therequirements of IEC 047-5-1 safety protection.
9.2 The  overtemperature  protection  of  the  temperature  in  the  cabinet:when the temperature over 93 ℃ plus or minus 10%, the machine will automatically cut off the tube and power supply of the heater, and into the state of equilibrium cooling.
