Working Principle

Drick fume hood is a humanized design of the overall machine, plug and play; according to the purpose of use, it can be divided into stainless steel liner fume hood and PP liner fume hood.
Fume hood is a kind of laboratory equipment commonly used in laboratories that needs to exhaust harmful gases, and perform cleaning and sewage operations during the testing.According to the material, it can be divided into steel-wood structure and all-steel structure.

1. Use 50% fireproof high-density board as the frame, and the experimental area uses stainless steel (PP) veneer, which has good sealing, beautiful appearance, strong and durable.

2. The negative pressure form effectively discharges the experimental gas in the working area.

3. Digital display LCD control interface, fast and slow speed, more humane design.

4. The working area is made of SUS304 brushed stainless steel (or PP material), which is easy to clean and anti-corrosion.

5. Standard configuration of 160mm diameter, 1 meter long exhaust pipe and elbow.

6. The working area is equipped with a five-hole socket.

7. Optional working area sink and faucet.

Steel-wood structure fume hood

Technical Parameter:

A system of water, electricity, gas, and ventilation is equipped with multi-function power sockets to facilitate the use of other electrical equipment in the laboratory.

The quick-opening valve is used to facilitate the use of water when being used.

The front baffle is a glass door that can move up and down, and the top is a low-speed exhaust fan, which can smoothly exhaust harmful and ignorant gases when being used.

The bottom of the working surface is equipped with a stainless steel sink, which can drain the disinfectant and experimental residues from a drainage trough through water washing to keep the experimental environment safe and reliable.
