The XCY low-temperature brittleness tester is used to determine the maximum temperature of the vulcanized rubber when the sample is damaged after being impacted under the specified conditions. It is the brittleness temperature. The performance of non-rigid plastics and other materials under low temperature conditions can be compared comparatively. This instrument is designed in accordance with national standards, and its technical indicators meet the requirements of national standards such as GB/T 15256-2008 "Determination of Low Temperature Brittleness of Vulcanized Rubber (Multi-Sample Method)". Product Parameters: 1. The test temperature is 0oC to -40oC or -70oC or -80 oC or -100oC (compressor refrigeration). 2. The distance from the lower end of the impactor center with the holder is 11±0.5mm, and the distance from the end of the impactor to the test piece is 25±1mm. 3. The weight of the impactor is 200±10g, and the working stroke is 40±1mm. 4. The test freezing time is 3﹢0.5 minutes. The temperature fluctuation within the freezing time shall not exceed ±1℃. 5. Lift the lifter to impact the sample within 0.5 seconds. 6. Dimensions: length 840mm, width 450mm, height 1450mm. 7. Net weight: 104Kg 8. The power consumption of the whole machine is 200W.
